Princetel fiber optic rotary joints (FORJ) multi channels solutions allow uninterrupted transmission of optical signals while rotating. They can feature up to 50 independent channels accommodating MM or SM fibers at different wavelengths. Suitable for extreme environments, extended temperatures, vibration, and shocks, high pressure. They feature extremely low insertion and cross talk, and there is no channel “drop off” or “blind spot” during rotation. The available single-channel series are: MJ2 (2 channels MM fibers and very low cross-talk); PJ2 (ideal for SERCOS interfaces); ZJn (ultra-compact); MXn (up to 7 mixed MM or SM fibers); JXn (rough and up to 19 mixed independent channels); MRn (up to 50 mixed independent channels).
